Processor Intel Xeon E7 Ivy Town 15 Core

Intel mengungkapkan rincian multiprocessor masa depan mereka yang ditujukan untuk server enterprise. Processor ini adalah Intel Xeon E7 dengan kode "Ivy Town" yang memiliki 15 core, menghadirkan fitur topologi baru dan peningkatan RAS (Reliability, Availability, Scalability).

Intel Xeon E7-8800v2 adalah varian yang mempunyai 15 dual-thread Ivy Bridge 64-bit dan 37.5 MB L3 cache. Sistem interface mencakup dua controller DDR3, masing-masing terdiri atas 2 channel memory dan mendukung topologi multiple system.

Intel Ivy Town menampilkan high-speed serial I/O meliputi 40 jalur PCI Express (2.5/5.0/8.0 Gbps), 4 jalur DMI (Direct Media Interface) (2.5/5.0 Gbps) dan 60 jalur QPI (6.4/7.2/8.0 Gbps) untuk dihubungkan dengan CPU lain.

Processor Ivy Town dibangun atas 4.310.000.000 Transistor yang diproduksi melalui teknologi 22 nm. Desain ini mendukung produk dengan desain termal antara 40 Watt sampai 150 Watt dan frekuensi 1.4 GHz hingga 3.8 GHz. Ivy Town mensupport form factor LGA2011 dan akan segera dipasarkan pada tahun ini.

Konami telah merilis Patch 1.07 untuk game andalan mereka yaitu Pro Evolution Soccer 2014. Anda bisa download Patch 1.07 untuk PES 2014 langsung dari situs resmi Konami. Patch 1.07 menawarkan beberapa perbaikan isu.

Berikut perbaikan yang ada pada Patch 1.07 :

• All Modes
• Correct roles can be given to players who are substituted then moved into a different position at the same time. Improvements were made to the sensitivity of cursor movements on the Game Plan screen.

• Exhibition
• Users can now correctly select their ML teams in Team Select as opposed to receiving an error stating that the data could not be used as it belonged to another user. Player names will be correctly displayed when team data exported onto a different hardware system is imported (As opposed to DUMMY)

GPU NVIDIA Maxwell GM107

NVIDIA tengah menyiapkan GPU generasi berikutnya yaitu GM107 yang didesain berbasis aristektur Maxwell. GPU NVIDIA GM107 memiliki fitur 128 CUDA Core Per Streaming Processor. GPU GM107 Maxwell ini akan memiliki pengaturan streaming multiprocessor yang berbeda dengan arsitektur Kepler.

GPU NVIDIA GM107 terdiri atas 5 streaming multiprocessor, dimana tiap streaming multiprocessor memiliki 128 CUDA Core. Dengan demikian secara keseluruhan chip GM107 akan memiliki 640 CUDA Core. 

Cara Disable Built-in Zip Windows

Zip merupakan aplikasi untuk melakukan kompres file menjadi lebih kecil dan juga bisa mengekstrak file hasil kompresi. Windows sebagai sistem operasi sudah mengintegrasikan zip, mulai dari Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, bahkan Windows 8.1. Namun kebanyakan user jarang menggunakan fitur built-in zip Windows karena mereka lebih sering memakai aplikasi pihak ketiga, seperti WinZip, WinRAR atau 7Zip. Bagi anda yang ingin disable built-in Zip Windows dapat dilakukan dengan mudah.

Disable Zip di Windows XP :
1. Tekan tombol Windows + R untuk membuka kotak dialog Run.
2. Ketik perintah regsvr32 /u %windir%\system32\zipfldr.dll.
3. Tekan Enter.

Jika ingin mengaktifkan lagi tinggal ketik regsvr32 %windir%\system32\zipfldr.dll di kotak dialog Run.

Cara di atas hanya bisa berjalan di Windows XP, tapi tidak akan berhasil di Windows 7, Windows 8 dan Windows 8.1. Nah, untuk disable built-in zip anda harus delete dua key registry. Berikut cara untuk disable built-in zip di Windows 7, Windows 8 dan Windows 8.1.

1. Buka registri dengan cara ketik regedit di kotak Run.
2. Arahkan ke HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\
    {E88DCCE0-B7B3-11d1-A9F0-00AA0060FA31}
3. Hapus atau delete key registry tersebut guna disable file zip.
4. Lanjutkan untuk menghapus key registry HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\
    CLSID\{0CD7A5C0-9F37-11CE-AE65-08002B2E1262}
    untuk disable file cab.
5. Tutup jendela registry editor.
