SSD ADATA XPG SX950 Series dibangun menggunakan controller Silicon Motion SM2258, mendukung  kecepatan baca sekuensial hingga 560 MBps dan kecepatan tulis sampai 530 MBps saat Pseudo-SLC caching digunakan. Adapun kinerja acak dapat melakukan hingga 90K IOPS untuk baca maupun tulis.
