Gigabyte menghadirkan notebook seri S yaitu S1081 untuk kategori slate yang didesain berbasis processor Intel Atom Cedar Trail N2800 1.86 GHz dan Chipset Intel NM10 Express. Dilengkapi keyboard kit dan docking station, Gigabyte S1081 menawarkan feksibilitas sebagai slate, notebook atau multimedia center. Didukung dengan sistem operasi Windows 7 Home Premium / Professional dan display 10.1 inchi LED backlight multi touch mampu menampilkan visualisasi pada resolusi 1024x600 yang dimotori grafis Intel GMA 3600.
Gigabyte S1081 dibekali memory DDR3 yang mampu diupgrade hingga kapasitas 4 GB pada sebuah slot. Pada bagian storage digunakan SSD sampai 256 GB atau HDD 2.5 inchi SATA 5400 rpm kapasitas 320/500 GB.
